Getting Started

Use the Account > Login Information menu option to change your password. This can be accessed by clicking on your member photo or icon.

We welcome the HR leaders (Senior Manager and above) from your team. During this onboarding period (Oct – Dec 2024), we are happy to invite as many people as you would like up to 100 per company.

Log in with the email we have on file for you and the password you used for ORG AI or the password assigned at login.

You can invite your team members by:

  • Giving the HRNXT admin or your Executive Networks contact the list of names and emails

Your Profile

Of course. You are responsible for completing your profile and you can set restrictions on what is shared in the profile set up process.

Your profile is a window into who you are and what you want to share with this global HR community. It will be the initial view into what we can learn about you and how to optimize the HRNXT system to best support you and your goals.

HRNXT is a closed environment for global HR leaders. Everyone here is a professional seeking personal and / professional development through a unique, social community.

Connecting with Others

Use the directory to find friends and colleagues. Type the first name or last name to start your search. If they are on the site, they will be listed.

As we develop more features, we’ll add different filters to find people including map views, company names, etc.

Accessing Events

Yes, although some events do not require RSVPS. If a RSVP is required, please follow the guidance provided with that event.

If an event is marked private, only members who have access to the event can attend. Our peer communities will remain closed to preserve the integrity of the peer community of practice. While announcing the event helps others see what topics are being explored, this event may be restricted to members only.

Sharing Content

Today, our HRNXT team is curating content and making sure it meets our guidelines. Going forward, we’ll be offering additional tools to allow you, the HRNXT community member, to directly add your content to the forum. If you have something that is meaningful for us to share and it meets our criteria for public consumption, we welcome you to submit it directly to us by reaching out to your Executive Networks contact.

We encourage you to share your ideas, case studies, feedback, words of encouragement and much more. Just make sure you have properly credited authors on the information before sharing it.

Share feedback with the administration

There are several ways to connect with us. If you are having a technical issue, please submit a ticket using this link.

If you want to give us constructive feedback on how to make your experience better, please submit your suggestions to your Executive Network contact.

Registration

Do not share your login with anyone, even colleagues. Each participant should have their own login to HRNXT. Let us know who you want from your team added to HRNXT by contacting an Executive Networks team member.

Online Learning

Yes!  The Live zoom sessions are an interactive learning experience.  To ask a question, use the chat function in zoom.

ORG AI Modules must be completed in order. The modules build upon each other, with each module setting the foundation for subsequent modules. You may return to previously completed sessions at any time to review information or watch recordings of the live sessions.

We want to provide some context on the LinkedIn language around accepting and sharing a badge to LinkedIn. The is not a way to accept and share a badge to LinkedIn without authorizing access.

Credly will never post something to a social site without the user’s initiation or permission.

Credly will only add badges to the user’s profile or post them to the user’s newsfeed when initiated by the user.

LinkedIn provides permissions in three levels. While we will never like or comment on content, that level of access is required to provide the other sharing services we offer, like posting badges.

To be clear, we do not edit data or access user information.

Module 1

  • Generative AI is cross functional, which means a variety of skills are applicable to varied different exploration areas. In terms of prerequisite skill requirements for Generative AI success, there isn’t any. Anyone can learn to become an expert prompter.
  • Although, initial research indications highlight that if you’re more of an analytical or critical thinker, that you will natural perform better when it comes to prompting, pre-training that is 🙂

I think this can be abstracted to context. How good is it with context? And that just depends on what you are asking. Also, if it is something like GPT 4, it’s trained on the Internet, so that’s just something to account for. In short, it’s only as good as the information you put in your prompt and the data it is trained on.

Prescriptive AI provides recommendations to achieve a certain objective, with the human looped in to make the choice, whereas predictive AI provides predictions through algorithms and leaves it open for the human to make a recommendation.

It most definitely can. Generative AI has a broad range of applications but the 3 main applications are; text, code, and images. While you can generate and test code, it can also be used on Excel datasets to generate insights and perform calculations. We cover this in week 5.

Yes, week 3 is dedicated to the largest field study ever performed with Generative AI. It includes 700+ BCG consultants & focuses on the risks & implications for utilizing Generative AI in the workplace. We will be focusing on HR specific use cases in the live sessions.

Traditional AI is task specific. This means it reacts to inputs with pre-programmed answers. Traditional AI focuses on analyzing historical data and making future numeric predictions, while Generative AI is a subset of AI. It allows computers to produce brand-new outputs that are often indistinguishable from human-generated content. It has various applications.

Yes. While we’ll cover everything you need to know about Generative AI, its capabilities and how to effectively leverage large language models, we’ll also be building in HR-specific cases into the self-study content & the live sessions, which will enable you to ask all your questions around GenAI & the HR space.

There are limitations when it comes to AI and its capabilities. There are a lot of false positives, and when there is critical decisioning involved, false positives are very costly and a false negative – especially in health care – is the worst thing that can happen. The time-saving element of this case is more linked to the contouring of tumors, not the identification of them – meaning there is a clear trade-off.
